Project: Photo with Richard Kiraly
The Holiday Show Edition
This series is for Ages 10 through Adult.
Your Mission: This class will be themed around the holiday show written by Jami Steele Sprankle to be produced by the Arts Center of Kershaw County. The Holiday Show will be a multicultural musical featuring traditional and contemporary music. We will develop concepts and themes for our photography around the script for the holiday show!
Entry-Level Class: designed to be fun and interactive - students work independently (parental supervision recommended for minors).
Each session will focus on one single theme, technique, or subject. Students will be given a photo assignment weekly and will take the whole week to complete a final piece or pieces. Sessions will be a live online (Zoom) session, which will include a presentation and review of the piece(s), discussion, and constructive critique, followed by a new Mission.
Each session is designed to be modular so that students can take on a single project, or a series of projects. Pricing is available per-class or per-four week session. Can't make the LIVE Session time slot? Purchase the Single-Class option for access to the recorded sessions at your convenience. Projects will continue indefinitely as long as there is interest.
All equipment is allowed. There are no special supplies or equipment required other than access to a portable camera such as a cell phone, laptop, instant, film, digital, or video camera. This series is for ages 10 and up.
